Khibiny is the largest mountain range of the Kola Peninsula, whose age is about 390 million years. Its length is 40 km from north to south and 50 km from west to east. The mountains have the richest reserves of minerals and minerals, 110 of which are not found anywhere else in the world. They are actively being developed and mined. At the foot of the mountains are the cities of Apatity and Kirovsk, and along the western slopes of the Khibiny lies the largest lake of the Kola Peninsula – Imandra. During the tour we are waiting for the magnificent landscapes of the mountains and a visit to the Museum of Mineralogy, which has a unique collection of mountain minerals.
