05:44 – Arrival to Kem by train № 371/144 Arkhangelsk – Kotlas/Murmansk (departure the day before from Arkhangelsk at 16: 25). Meeting tourists at the main entrance to the railway station from the platform with a sign “Pier” at 06:00. Transfer to the Rabocheostrovsk (12 km). Breakfast in the cafe of the complex.
08: 00 – Crossing the White sea to the Solovetsky Islands (2 hours).
10: 15-Arrival to the Big Solovetsky island. Meeting at Tamarin pier. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation in rooms with private facilities.
11: 00-Sightseeing walking tour of the Solovetsky monastery (2.5 hours). During the tour you will be told about the history of the Solovetsky monastery from its Foundation to the present day. The tour takes place in the Central complex of the Solovetsky monastery, inside the fortress walls.
15: 00-Bus and walking tour “Sekirnaya Gora-Botanical garden” (3.5 hours). Holy ascension skit is located 11 kilometers from the village on one of the highest points of the archipelago – mount Sekirnaya. Guests of the island will be told about the monastery and Soviet history of this monastery and an interesting legend of its creation. During the Solovki Special Purpose camp on the Sekirnaya mountain was a punishment cell where many people died. From the observation deck overlooking the other monastery, situated in the North of the Bolshoy Solovetsky island – Savvatievo. On the way back you will make a stop in the Botanical garden, founded in the days of the monastery by one of the archimandrites. Once even grapes and watermelons were grown here. In addition to the variety of vegetation you will see the monastery buildings-Archimandrite’s Dacha, Alexander’s chapel, as well as the oldest wooden cross on the Solovki. Free time.

– Excursion “Sights of The big Hare island” (3 hours). Marine boat Sackage to the Big island. Tourists will visit the largest pagan sanctuary of II-I Millennium BC, see the stone labyrinths, a complex of religious and burial structures, Russia’s first stone Harbor, the monuments of St. Andrew’s skete. Note: the tour is conducted under favorable weather conditions and in the absence of a storm warning. The cost of the tour is 800 rubles per person.
– “History of the Solovetsky camp of special purpose. 1923-1939 ” (2 hours). On this tour, visitors will learn about the Solovetsky special purpose camp, the stages of development of the camp and its reorganization in 1937 into the Solovetsky special purpose prison, as well as learn about the fate of prisoners. They will visit a new exhibition about the camp and a monument to Solovetsky prisoners. The cost of the tour is 400 rubles per person.
12: 00-optional-independent visit to the Maritime Museum. The Peter’s epoch of shipbuilding is preceded by several centuries of spiritual and economic development of the Northern seas-the Museum of the Arkhangelsk Northern shipping company is dedicated to these ancient traditions of marine shipbuilding. The Museum is located in an old rowing shed, built in the XIX century. In a Museum presented ancient maps, navigational instruments, fishing gear, things Pomorie, layouts and original details of the ancient ships.

15:30 – Transition to the White sea (1 hour) in Rabocheostrovsk on a high-speed airboat.
