A 3-day tour to Valaam is intended for those tourists who want to get acquainted with the history of this ancient monastery in more detail and with less haste. You will spend three days and two nights on the island with your brother and other guests of the island, learning all the severity and asceticism, however, and the charm of life in such places.
In the morning and in the evening, you can go to the service of the monastery, and in the daytime visit all the most popular attractions of the island. After all the work you can just go for a walk along the island’s forest paths, sit on the beach and watch the sunset over Lake Ladoga!

12.15 – Arrival in isl. Valaam. Meeting tourists by a guide at Monastic Bay quay. Tourists can leave their luggage at the left-luggage of the hotel. Sightseeing walking tour on the monastery: “Central Homestead”, visit to Hegumen’s Cemetery is included. Checking into the hotel.

10.30 – Transfer from Monastic Bay to Nikonovsky Bay (Voskresensky hermitage). Sightseeing walking tour: “New Jerusalem” and “Konevsky lakes”. Transfer to Monastic Bay (central homestead), sightseeing walking tour “Nikolsky hermitage”.

10.00 – Booking out. The luggage can be left at the left-luggage of the hotel. Transfer: central homestead – Voskresensky hermitage. Sightseeing walking tour : “Rocky Coast” . Transfer to Monastic Bay (central homestead). Spare time.
18.00 – Departure from isl. Valaam. Transfer by hydrofoil boat “Meteor” to Priozersk.
19.15 – Arrival in Priozersk. Bus boarding, transfer to St. Petersburg
22.30 – Arrival in St. Petersburg ( metro station “Ozerki”)
NOTE: It may be up to 2 hours delay on way back depending on traffic situation. Tour organizer has a right to change the order of excursions without reduction of tours duration.

When visiting the existing temples and the territory of the inner square of the monastery, men should be without hats, women should have skirts and a headdress. Visiting the monastery in sportswear and open clothing is not permitted. On a trip it is advisable to have comfortable shoes. Minor changes may be made to the travel program.
On the eve of the trip, tourists receive an SMS – message with the guide’s mobile phone number and bus number. The guide is available for calls no earlier than 07.30 in the morning and no later than 08.00 in the morning. The guide should be called only in an emergency, for example, to inform about the late arrival of tourists or the impossibility of making a trip.
The bus leaves for the flight without delay at 08.00. If tourists arrive at the meeting point of the group late, they are invited to catch the group by taxi, having learned from the guide the number, make of the bus, the route, as well as the place of possible boarding the bus, or to refuse the trip. Questions regarding compensation of the cost of the trip, if any, are decided at the place of purchase of the ticket.
In the event of a storm on Lake Ladoga, the trip is canceled in the morning before departure. All questions about the transfer of the trip to other dates, as well as about the refund, are resolved by calling the office during business hours at the place of purchase of the ticket.

The bus is forbidden to eat and any drinks except water. All buses are equipped with hygiene bags and napkins, in case of symptoms of motion sickness, we ask you to immediately inform the accompanying group or driver, as if the passenger compartment is dirty or damaged, a fine will be charged that covers the amount of damage
